LSW gray shirt and dark pants, possibly uses a walker. Male has schizophrenic disorder, sweats excessively has not taken his meds today or eaten dinner. Male is a resident of Symphony Manor, Broadway. If located please check welfare and contact Lancaster Police at 683-2800.

The Endicott Water Department reports "Approximately 3:30 AM on September 24, 2017 our water system lost pressure due to a water main break on South Street in the Village of Endicott. As a result some people who live in the Village of Endicott and parts of Endwell lost pressure. When the distribution pipes and mains lose pressure in increases the chance that untreated water and harmful microbes could enter the system." Repair of the line continues. A notice will be issued when the water is safe to drink. A fog bank has moved onto the twin forks of Long Island late thisevening reducing visibilities to around 1 mile. It is expected topersist through the early morning hours and spread west as well asinto New London County CT. It may also become locally dense reducingvisibilities to 1/4 mile less at times. Motorists traveling inthese areas overnight should be prepared for sudden drops invisibility, slow down and use low beam headlights.
